Heart Cake
My Husband decorated this cake today. I baked it last weekend, to decorate,then was called into work, and then had a very busy week at work.He was on vacation. When I came home today he was still working on it.I'm so proud of him.This is his first. Thanks for looking.

is the cake covered in a ganache?
The cake is covered with left over purple and yellow fondant that I had. After he covered it, he brushed water over it to get the powdered sugar off.It gave it a shiney look until it dried.Thanks for asking and looking
