For sister-in-law's wedding which was out of town, I decided to assemble and decorate there. Took everything to in-laws the night before going to the hotel & to my surprise the next moring I found that my father-in-law ate the entire bowl of frosting, The all butter, italian buttercream kind. Thankfully I had enough in the bag to pull off this border since there wasn't a mixer in site to make more. Walnut-carmel cake so I was able to cover with walnuts. At least it tasted good!!
