Sample Cake For The Bride
Doing a wedding cake for a friend. She said to do any thing I want. For a sample, I did the entire top tier of the 3 tier cake I want to do. She is very happy! 6" Chocolate, Cream de Cacoa b/c filling, chocolate Cream de Cacoa icing. Hand rolled truffles, chocolate dipped strawberries and choc curls with fresh roses.

that looks so good, it has all my favs, truffles, choco dipped strawberries and chocolate cake! It looks like it would just melt in my mouth!
