Sorry no raise........but Im the official cake baker at work now!!!!! The shoe is made from 50/50 fondant and gum paste. It took about 1 week to totally dry. The cake is a 9x13 sheet cut in half, frosted in BC and fondant stripes. The top of the box is styrofoam covered in black fondant. The tissue is fondant dried with papertowels stuffed here and there to give it tissue shape.
