It's The Easter Beagle!!
Petal shaped pan with basketweave sides. Snoopy was made out of melted candy using a cookie cutter.

I used a pattern and piped royal icing on one side. When they were dry, I turned them over and did the same thing except that I added lollipop sticks on each end so they would stick into the cake.
