I made cake balls, roughly the size of a mini cupcake. Cut in half and put on top of mini cupcake. Covered in fondant and then I painted the fondant with luster dust. The hooks are simply mini marshmellows painted gold. Oh and the white the cupcakes are sitting on is actually white cotton candy. I know these don't look great but the kids loved them.
