This cake was for a friend's Christmas party. White cake, strawberry filling, buttercream icing. The "poinsettias" and leaves on top were made of fondant. The poinsettias on the side were made of royal icing. He wanted "Celebrating Life" on the cake because he had recently gone through a near-death experience and he now spends every day "celebrating life!".
