Parchute Petit Fours
Done for a military Christmas party. cakes are 2" square, covered in BC and fondant. Parachutes are styrofoam balls covered in gumpaste, with 18 guage wire wrapped in tape. The Riggers loved them! And probably the hardest work I have done so far.
They came out great, you did it!! :) I can just picture these little cakes parachuting into the party...lol
