Threw this one together on short notice for my foreign exchange student daughter's spanish class party! Shell is pale yellow fondant with oreo crumbs. Meat is dark chocolate cake cut in a half circle and slightly iced the sides with BC so the fonadnt would stick. Lettuce is colored coconut, tomatoes are red fondant and i painted red on the ends for the 'skin'. Cheese is fondant that i grated with a fine grater. Guacamole and sourcream is BC. I was happy with the turn out for such short notice.
