This is my first attempt at a Whimsicle cake. It is a gingerbread cake with a white chocolate peppermint mouse filling and peppermint BC frosting with fondant accents and crushed candy canes sprinkled top. I am excited with how it turned out, especially for my first time making a Whimsicle cake and the cake itself received rave reviews as far as taste goes.
