I made this cake for a Christmas dinner for our local fire dept. It was my 1st attempt at using fondant. I got the idea here on CC and although I don't remember who I got it from Thank You. It's made with of Swiss Chocolate cake with Chocolate Mint Icing and MMF. TFL
