I forgot my camera so this picture was graciously given to me... can still see the cake plate spikes of the top tier as the cake layer hadn't settled onto the third layer yet. Oh well. Bottom tier is chocolate with chocolate mousse filling, next up is yellow with lemon mousse filling, third is hummingbird with white chocolate mousse filling and the top tier is spice with cream cheese filling, all covered in fondant with buttercream ferns applied, gumpaste accents
