Here is my pumpkin cake for my family Thanksgiving dinner. It is a pumpkin spice cake with cream cheese buttercream. The stem is an ice cream cone turned upside down. I had to add some cake scraps to fill in the hole, because the ice cream cone was too low in the hole. The ice cream cone is covered in chocolate buttercream, and I placed some silk ivy to add a realistic touch. I also add some green buttercream grass around the pumpkin.
