Chicago Bears
This was for a third grade teacher who is a huge Chicago fan. Very similar to my last cupcake tower but football-themed instead. Football is fondant covered carrot cake filled w/cream cheese icing. Cupcakes are white and chocolate w/cream cheese icing. Little footballs are fondant. TFL.

Great job! The footbal looks really good -- you did an excellent job of carving. I can't carve regular ol' pound cake, much less carrot. Also, nice presentaion -- with the grass under the football, the tiered ccs and balloons.
Thanks laurakelly2 & Honeydukes. I actually used the old Wilton First & Ten football pan so there was no carving involved! I'm really bad at carving so I just used 2 football cakes and turned one upside down on top of the other - way easier than carving. Maybe one of these days I'll get to that level of talent but for right now I don't even attempt it unless I have no other choice! :D
