Beach Cake
The groom is a windsurfer so this was great for him. The sand is plain white sugar because the beaches on the panhandle of FL are as white as snow.

Thanks! It's piping gel that I tinted blue and green. I color striped my bag with blue and green to do the shell border. And if your sand isn't white, you can use brownulated sugar (it's a granulated brown sugar that they sell at grocery stores now).
