My friend wanted me to do a cake for her dad for his retirement. He was retiring from a plant. So, i came up with the idea of a hard hat with his companys name on it. He was very pleased with it. The hat is made out of a cake and covered with fondant. The cake if a 11x13 cake covered with buttercream.
