This cake is a small 8-inch two-tiered three-layer cake. Devils food cake, with buttercream frosting provide the base for this "underwater" themed cake. Each layer is decorated with a thin layer of hand marblized vanilla fondant. The fondant fish are hand-cut and hand-painted with edible glitter.
