Course 2 Finale Cake

My first attempt at putting together a BC icing and RI flower cake. I wished the strawberry filling would stay in the cake. The "dam" just wouldn't keep it all in.

Thank you for the compliment! I think I made double the number of flowers and just picked the best of the bunch. :wink:
