Still can't manage to get my BC smooth... and wasn't ready to try piping flowers yet. But It was a delicious cake! I used "white as snow" BC from here, but used raspberry extract instead of almond flavor....MMM! Cake broke when i cut into layers,,, so there's a LOT of BC in there to "fill in the cracks", lol! At least it was yummy!
