Square Cake
Why does buttercream love me one second and hate me the next? Should I just cheat with fondant and call it a day? i'm so conflicted These sloppy buttercream corners are just screaming out at me to leave and run to fondant! I'm so confused right now.
LOL I don't think this cake sucks at all. I had to laugh though b/c I have put that on several of my cakes before and I thought I was the only one who did that!
Actually, it doesn't look bad at all. And your scrollwork is very nice--epecially the sides, where I think it would be most difficult. Keep practicing! It really is a pretty nice cake.
