Thanks for the nice comments. The squares are 3x3" and iced with Antonia's RI (but I add corn syrup for softness and sheen). The monogram is outlined in RI, then flooded with RI thinned RI. I enlarged my font and printed the letters to copy on waxed paper.
They are something I call "Zen Spice" a lighter version of a gingerbread cookie. Yes, they are stackable and store well in cello bags. Thanks for your really nice comments!
