Done With Sample Trays - Thanks For Your Help

Thanks to everyone who helped with Italian recipes for my sample trays. I just sent them down to the restaurant. I've decided not to do cookies and keep my focus on cakes and cheesecakes. I've attached pictures just in case anyone wanted to look:

MrsMissey: Thanks...they were alot of work, but were so much fun to do. I especially had fun with the " cup of cappuccino".
I wish I would of had more time to work on these...they were kind of thrown together because I was working on 2 other cakes. Oh well, if I had more time to do things I wouldn't know what to do with myself! 
Daniela - What's crazier is giving it up before the holidays. Unfortunately, I kept tasting everything I was making and I gained a few pounds. When I stopped eating sugar and made a cutoff eating time of 8:30 pm I lost 13 pounds. I had to give it up all the way because I have no self control

Oh don't worry. With the holidays coming I'm sure I'm gonna gain some weight too!! I also have absolutely no self control when it comes to sweets!!

Everything looks so yummy...wish I was the one who did the taste testing.

I just picked up another restaurant account this week so I can't be too upset about this one not ordering anything. The ego can definitely take a little bruising when the phone doesn't ring

I guess the restaurant wasn't that impressed because I haven't heard anything from them since the trays were dropped off. Oh well, can't win them all
Well, could just be that they are busy with something else too kiddo, but I think that if they decided not to go with you, they are missing out!

Thanks Squirrelly - you guys are always so encouraging. It could be that they are busy, but i think I'll be fine with it either way. I actually almost prefer to sell my cakes retail as opposed to wholesale. I like the personal aspect of it. Don't get me wrong...if a restaurant calls with an order I won't turn it down
