I have been asked to do a cake for 75. This is the biggest cake I have done so far, and I am not great at serving sizes. I am making double layers of 12 in round, 10 in round, and 8 in round. Will that be enough??

If you're going to make all those cakes then according to the wilton serving chart it is enough. I personaly don't think so but that's because I never go by what wilton says it serves. IMHO the servings are way to small. But that's just me.

Have you thought about making a sheet cake?

Good Luck,

Well, according to the Wilton charts that are on this site under articles, a 4 inch high, 2 inch each layer cakes, gives you the following servings for the sizes quoted;
8 inch - 24
10 inch - 38
12 inch - 56
Personally, I find that more servings than I get out of those sizes, I would tend to go with figuring out that for about every 5-6 cups of cake batter, I get about 12 servings of cake. But then, I go with generous servings. So I would get around the 75 pieces from these sizes.
