Hi Everyone! Just had a question about pricing the chocolate dipped marshmallows and the cookie bouquets. Sorry to ask another pricing question, but I'm not all that experianced with it
Ok so here is what I am going to offer:
Chocolate dipped marshmallows (3 to a stick) with sprinkles and they would be packed in a valentines container with tissue paper and there would be 4 sticks, what would be a reasonable price????
Also for the cookie bouquets, what do you guys charge? Like for small one's with only 3 cookies and then larger one's with more??? Thanks so much for the help. My mom mention to her office that I do baked stuff and she asked me to come up with something and some prices, so I need help! Thanks so much!!!

I have made the marshmallow sticks...I will ask the market what they are selling them for. And post it later today.
As for the cookie bouquets, I charge $20 for 1 cookie and 2 marshmallow sticks, 3 cookie bouquet for $25.00, 4 cookie bouquet for $30, 5 cookie bouquet $35, 6 cookie bouquet for $40 and 7 cookie bouquet for $45.00.
I also charge a $5.00 delivery charge.
Specialty stores around here are charging $2.50 - $3.00 per stick of three dipped marshmallows.
This may sound like a crazy ?? but how do you make chocalate covered marshmellows. Won't they melt in the chocolate? It sounds like something my son would love.
kden--
THe market here sells the marshmallow sticks for $2.00. They are wrapped in a cello bag with a twist tie.
I t definitely depends on where you live...we do not have a Cookie Bouquet shop here in my town. I looked up the closest one and then priced my bouquet $5.00 less (except for the small bouquet which is actually more than Cookie Bouquet's).

may be a dumb question but how do you put three marshmellows on a stick. this chocolate covered marshmellows is news to me
Just slide flat end of marshmallow onto stick --all the way thru. Repeat with 2 more marshmallows. Make sure they touch each other and dip in melted chocolate. To get them to set and not drip all the chocolate off...I stood with the door of the freezer, holding and slowly spinning the marshmallow stick until it started to set (put your sprinkles on before) and then stuck it in styrofoam to finish setting up.
I use wooden skewers like chopsticks and I just throw the marshmallow in the chocolate and then I set them on parchment paper and top them with what I want and let harden.
I grab them on the flat ends so if there is puckering from the skewers where I grabbed them the top is covered by what I put on it and the bottom is well the bottom. They are super easy and everyone is always really impressed LOL
