I had an email from Michelle Bommarito telling me she was in an upcoming Food Network Wacky Wedding Cake challenge. I'll have to check this out and see if this is the one. She wouldn't tell me who won because it hadn't aired yet, but I am keeping my fingers crossed for her.

Oh My Word!! DO YOU KNOW HER!! I LOVE her work! The first wedding cake challenge I saw her in was when she had some problems....that's an UNDERSTATEMENT!! But, she did some incredible blown sugar work! THEN I saw her on the Christmas Cake Challenge (she won) Her cake was beautiful! I'm into the blown/pulled sugar and she even had ornaments that were royal icing done around balloons. Then she deflated the balloons after they were dry. It was AWESOME!!! I hope this is tomorrow night's Wedding Cake Off!

Even tonight at 2am on Food Network Emeril Live's Show is "Secrets of a great-tasting cake. Mmmm....all this cake tv Im gonna be glued for a while. Im glad I have Tivo!
