i think i remember reading that the whipped cream icing will break down the royal is it better to use buttercream on whipped cream icing for decorations? thanks!

I am not sure I understand your question, but as long as your royal icing decorations have dried, you can place them on your icing and not worry about them breaking down.

im actually talking about piping on the whipped cream icing ...i figure the royal would break down and buttercream would be a better choice?
