Does anybody know how to make the striped cakes that are now popular? I'm including a link to a website that makes them beautifully. I believe their made of modeling chocolate, but can't figure out how to evenly make the multi colored stripes? http://www.cakework.com/unwedding.html
thanks! Tracie

I don't know how to do it with modeling chocolate but I can do it with candy melts or real chocolate. You can look at my photos and see some of the ones I have done and if you are interested in it you can PM me.

I believe that those are called chocolate wraps and you can buy or make sheets of striped chocolate to wrap around that cake.

Sorry I can't help much more than that because I haven't ever done one, but they are beautiful!
