What is the secret to RI? I am getting ready to make some to decorate some cookies. I need several colors...but doesn't RI dry really fast?? Should I make one color at a time? Make just a little at a time...what is the best??

Just keep the unused icing in a tightly covered container, or cover the container with a damp towel.

Damp cloth and glad wrap always works.. If its not going to be use for awhile I also keep it in the fridge.
