I just wanted to know if anyone here was curios like me on how to make purses and shoes. Is there a special mold I can buy?

I've never made the purse but I think it is just a stacked cake that has been carved/sculpted into the shape. I have the instructions for the shoes made from fondant, they were given to me by another member (don't know where they originated from so I am afraid to post the instructions).
