WOW! So many have lost weight! WAY TO GO!!! Keep up the good work.
My hubby and son are sick of meat and potatoes. I always fix a meat, chicken or steak, london broil, etc. and potatoes or mac and cheese for them, veggies and most of the time a salad. My son mostly complains about it. But I don't want to fix casseroles or pasta because they are fattening. Any suggestions? OH, my son doesn't care for seafod. Bought shrimp the other day to have something different and he didn't want it.
Adding salad to my meals helps fill me up. For those of you using lo-cal or skim stuff check your labels. You may be better off with the whole stuff because the lo cal stuff is loaded with sugar to make it taste better. Anyway, that has been what I was taught by reading many, many different things. Alternative health books tell you to avoid that stuff because it is actually what makes you fat. I use only whole milk, real butter and regular dressings. Use it all in smaller quantities or avoid it all together. My .02 for what it is worth. ![]()

I've been busy so that has kept the food out of my mind and mouth! I did some DDR again yesterday (Dance Dance Revolution)and am just about to do it again now. My daughter has challenged me to try and beat her so therefore I must!
Congrats to every1 for their losses!! This has been great for me! I don't feel so alone about my weight problem!

I havent weighed in offically because ihavent gone to give plasma. However since wednesday or thursday my mouth has been swollen and sore due to my wisdome teeth i think so i have not eaten much. I am starving!!!! Who knows this could be a great kick off to weight loss. Tomorrow i see a dentist and hopefully will be eating again soon
