Hi- I have a cake topper that a customer wants and not sure where I can have it made.  I have looked on etsy but not sure where to begin looking for a topper like the one I need.  Its a girl holding a guitar but the customer wants the hair color to be blonde instead of brown.  For some reason I can't attach a pic on here.  Any idea why?
