Sweetwise was bought by another company and they used to carry The Mat for rolling fondant. However when I try their Web site I get an error. I assume they are out of business. Does anyone know where I can purchase The Mat? Mine has started to stretch and get wrinkles from use.

You would be better off buying a large silicone matt. My Matt only lasted three years. I bought a very large silicone matt and have had it for over 15 years. Washes up great, rolls up snug to put away. And silicone matt holds onto the fondant the same way the Matt does, to drape over the cake. Best investment I ever made.
