Well I contacted the "creator" of the pin by email to inquire about purchase and price info and I got a return mail saying it was undeliverable so I'm guessing we may never get this pin icon_cry.gif

I will say CafePress is a great site!!!! I placed my order last night for a custom apron with my company logo on it and a button pin with "Cake Decorator" on it. I looked thru everything on there and I fell in love with that pin it's so cute! So I figure between the "Wedding Cake Delivery" sign and the vehicle tag plate I order from CC along with this button and my apron I'll get the word out easy enough lol.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!!! the shirt CafePress has to that says "got cake? cause I can hook you up" but they don't have it in my size and don't offer it on anything but shirts icon_cry.gif I was thinking of contacting them and asking them if they could print it on something else lol or make the shirts bigger lmao but I doubt they will....

Happy Shoppin Yall!

Maybe we should contact someone from ICES and see where they purchased theirs from. I bet we could get 12 people on this site interested in purchasing them.

If anyone finds a source for these pins will you please post a link or ordering information? I would love to buy a few of these for raffle prizes at some of our cake club events. I tried emailing that address and it was kicked back to me as well.

Too funny Monica! I thought I was the only obsessive compulsive person on this site. I'll be searching for the pins too.

Be careful with cafe press - my partner bought 4 shirts there to were when we do craft shows and to wear at the bakery expo. The sizes were way off and the images are ironed on so they faded in 1-2 washings. The prices weren't bad and they shipped really fast, but we were disappointed.

I've been on CafePresses website several times, but never ordered anything. They have alot of cute stuff though.

Hopefully one of us can find the pin....

Oh my, what have I started?!!! icon_lol.gif
I thought I was bad - when I get my mind on something, I have to have it! Glad to know I'm not alone in the obsessive department!!
Best solution I've found is to see if either Heath will order them and make them available through the store. Imagematterspromotions.com is the only place I've been able to find them but you have to order 12 min. Only other choice is for 1 person to order all and reship to everyone who wants one - but definite commitments are needed. I'm a WMI and I've got them obsessing over them on the WMI site too so we're trying to get 12 people together who really want them so we can make 1 purchase and reship.
Sorry, didn't mean to make everyone as crazy about this as I am... icon_rolleyes.gif
but hopefully we'll all find a solution soon. thumbs_up.gif

I had one of those pins ... the operative word being "HAD". Mine broke into 3 pieces. I believe I ordered it off Earlene Moore's website, but I don't know if she's got a link to them any more.

I will say that I do miss my pin ... I only wore it when I went to cut a wedding cake, so it was perfect for what I wanted to use it for! I'd like another, but don't know if I want to invest in another one only to have it break again ... just be careful with them, everyone. There's not a lot of metal holding those rhinestones together into the design and it's fairly flexible.

Sorry, didn't mean to bring you all down after all the fun we're having laughing about thongs and chili dog messes on the monitor, but I just want you all to be happy with your purchase.

OK, I know how you all feel about that Sugar Artist Pin. I saw it last November here in Houston at a Day-of-Sharing and kicked myself for not ordering it. We have a store here in Sugarland, TX called the Cake Craft Shoppe where you can order it. I was just in there yesterday and they had 7 in stock that they were taking to the event in Austin this weekend but they will be ordering more. Here are the particulars:

Everytime I get on this website I get in trouble with random thoughts from other people that I now HAVE TO HAVE TOO!! icon_surprised.gif Personally the "I do cake" slogan sounds like the kind of line that will start people saying "What else do you DO?" icon_confused.gif I REALLY liked the slogan on that website that said "GOT CAKE? cause I could hook you up!" icon_cool.gif All these quotes reminded me that I have a button(pin) maker in the cellar. You know what I'll be doing later today........side tracked again thumbs_up.gif

Janice - thanks for the tip on the button/pin maker - must run to Michaels today and look into that.

By the way, the Sugar Artist pin that I saw last November sold for $20.

Zoraya,
Count me as one of the 12 wanting to purchase a pin. Do you want to be in charge of the initial order, then the rest of us will send you a money order or whatever you need to send to us? I think that's the best way to go. Laura

okay, heres the deal. Theres another WMI who is going to place an order for all the pins. I checked with her and she said its fine for you all to email her if you want them and she'll count you in the bunch. The pins are $15 plus S&H to her and then for her to reship to you. We're also getting 2 different types of pins
go to www.imagematterspromotions.com and type in cake pin in the search engine. it should bring up the "I Love Cakes" and a tiered cake. Let her know if you want both or just one or the other.
Her name is Carol and her email is [email protected]
that should do it and soon we will all be sparkling and telling the world what we do!! thumbs_up.gif
