We are getting off the road... any ideas how to fix all these issues? Hope Jackie is all right!

Regina, ain’t nothing we can do. There use to be several moderators on CC. I don’t believe there are any now. I use to be a moderator on a site called “Cakes We Bake”. That’s how I met Sandra, and fellow cakey friends and moderators Goreti and Katy (from UK). I could correct photos, add new members, run contests. But the bigger issues, like correcting glitches on the site, no could do. The owner/operator had to take care of that. So it’s ditto with CC. Only Jackie can fix the glitches. We’re just going to have to wait patiently…

Yes, Regina. Jackie had a long road to recovery. No where in her post about her situation did she mention Heath, her husband. Heath was part and parcel of CC too. Doesn’t mean Heath isn’t in the picture. Perhaps Heath has sought employment outside of CC. I think, although not 100%, CC use to sustain Jackie/Heath financially. But since cakey pages exploded on fb/ig, the membership and involvement on CC has dropped dramatically. But there still is a lot of advertisements on CC. I think revenue is generated by how many users log on CC. Similar to a YouTube video. So with little traffic on CC, I’m assuming the revenue stream had dwindled too. Now of course this is pure supposition on my part. Just making a educated guess.
