Does anyone know how many cups of batter are in one recipe of wasc cake? I want to make a 12x17 x1” sheet cake . Is one recipe enough or do I need to double it? Thanks in advance
I've never tried it, but I think one recipe would be enough for a pan 12" x 17" and only one inch deep.
mine came out to eight cups but there are so many variations and with the different size of box mixes now -- it's impossible to be accurate -- hope that all works out great
