I feel like this would work in a 6” cake pan...am I being naive?

'cause whoopie pie holds it's own unlike cake that should have lighter characteristics I think --
but yes it should bake up in a six inch pan
I know nothing about woopie batter vs cake but would adding another egg or use a bit less flour help lighten it up?
Hmmmm...both good ideas. Maybe I should just try and pipe a 6” circle on a silpat instead of putting it in a cake pan.
