In Search Of Purse Template For Shaping The Actual Cake

I plan to attempt a cake like this due on October 10. I have the LV printouts that will attach to the cake and be the outside of the cake. Does 
anyone have access to a cake template (or simply suggestions) that would make the cake shape for this purse cake? Need some more guidance in exactly how to shape my cake pieces instead of just eyeballing it.
