For the blue use a primary blue w/a touch of purple. Make all of those at least the night before so there is time for true colors to develop... if still a bit too light remove some & MW IT no more than 10 seconds-depending on how much, now return it to the full batch mixing well.

I agree with kakeladi, Wilton Royal Blue and it that does not have enough of a purple hue to suit you, add a small amount of Violet.
