i have a cake to deliver on a Saturday, can I crumb coat on the Wednesday prior to that ? If I crumb coat it and Saran Wrap it would that be okay or is that too far in advance for crumb coating
Sure it can be crumbed, wrapped & fzn until night beforehand. I assuming you will decorate Friday so it just to be fzn like 36-40 hrs
