I finally got myself a Junior Double blade Agbay and I am super duper thrilled! I dont think I am mathematically challenged but who knows. I, for the life of me cant get two equal layers when using both blades.. in the end I just removed the top blade completely and packed it away! Also, my bottom layer is not perfectly one inch but a tad bit shorter. I looked online but only saw one video from Maureen and I think I am doing just that. I LOVE it anyways but might as well figure it out and make the most of the two blades. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Me either. I use my trusty Fat Dadio bread/cake knife.

my son got me a lovely 18" cake knife -- never got an agbay
