If I am using a recipe that calls for 4x 18cm round tins for 30mins on 180 degrees... how long and on what temperature would I cook the same recipe in 2x 25cm round tins?

Thanks!

Sorry - being I’m in the US I have no idea how to advise you .  I bake mostly by smell:)   My suggestion would be to bake at the same temperature for a little less time -until you can smell that wonderful aroma in the next room. Test w/a cocktail stick

I would be surprised if the same amount of batter you would use in four 18cm tins would fit into two 25cm pans.  Seems to me they would be far over filled. I would think it would require at least three 25cm pans to accommodate the same amount of batter.

You can bake at the same temperature, but as kakeladi said, start testing for doneness as soon as you can smell that delightful aroma.
