I have try to baked a cake it looked fully cooked from outside but when i cut that cake the middke part is very hard looking like all flour is not cooked it so hard and i have dressed the cake with chocolate syrup what can i do to make it eatable.......
Not sure what you mean by the center is hard & looks lik flour. Maybe you didn’t mix the batter enough? W/o actually seeing it about all I can suggest is to cut out the center section, bake a cake that size to fit into the carved area . Not a great suggestion other than baking a whole new cake
I agree with kakeladi, not sure what is going on. It sounds like it either was not mixed well or you need a new recipe. If it were me and the chocolate syrup did not make it edible, I would start all over.
