Cake Frozen

Please help,  I am new at this - I took out my frozen 11x15 cake from freezer to decorate and found out it didn't freeze even. I wasn't flat. It is  froze solid. Do I bake another or just wait till it thaws? Will it thaw flat?

I've never had this happen, but the cake should settle back flat when thawed.

It should defrost flat.  Might have to help it along some by putting something w/some weight to it on each end.

I’ve frozen sheet cakes, in pan, many times. Yes, your cake will thaw completely and take the shape it was baked. Just let cake  thaw in the pan.
