Hi,

I've got a heart shaped sponge wedding cake to make, but not sure what volume of cake batter I will need for each tin.

I have the following size tins 6", 8", 10", 12" & 14" all 3" deep

I am making 8", 10", 12" & 14" tiers all 4" deep, but would;d be helpful to know the 6" tin as well.

Each should use the same amount of batter as a round — maybe a little bit less

Oh another way to figure it out —- fill the tin w/water about 1/3 to 1/2 full then measure that as you pour it out
