Hi guys! Wondering if anyone has had experience with commercial mixers. Looking to make a serious upgrade and have no clue where to start. Would need to be able to wrangle large batches of bread dough as well as cookie dough and cake batter. Thinking 20qt will be sufficient but again, not totally sure. What brand do you love/hate? Thanks for any input!
