Made a half batch of SMBC today - whipped up beautifully. Then I added the butter.
It looked grainy but mouthfeel is smooth as silk! Anyone know why it may only have the appearance of graininess?

The site has been abandoned by the owners and there is nothing we can do about the spammers. I am not even sure why we keep hanging around.
I am wondering if your butter was a little bit too cool and what appears as grainy is actually tiny pieces of butter. It might help to let it come to room temperature and give it a quick mix.
