Hello.  I’m starting my own bakery from home and I’m looking into purchasing a cooler to keep my cakes in.  I need something that is safe to keep fondant In.  Any suggestions?

A refrigerator is what many of us use   Do not get a side by side!   Probably one with a small top fzr would be good

Oh also self defrost is not good either   It will dry out the cake faster:(
