I have an old oven on wich I can choose the regular or convection cooking mode. I almost exclusively use the convection mode. I think everything is cooking more evenly this way. Love my oven, but it's already 16 years old or so... The refrigerator I bought at the same time just died last January. I dont know how long my oven will last. Fingers crossed!
