Can someone please help me with cupcakes I want to make? I'm using Betty Crocker Super Moist French Vanilla (15.25 oz). I want at least 30. I'm assuming adding more flour and baking powder to the mix, but not sure of the measurements (Or anything else to add) to make more & also a nice high top on them. They always look like someone sat on them when they come out of the oven!
I use the WASC. Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water (sometimes chocolate milk, orange juice, etc) and 1 cup sour cream. Perfect cupcakes every time, even with the smaller sized boxes I make no changes. I have never found a need to add baking powder. Good luck!
