Did a little test this morning in a silicone cupcake pan... half cupcakes without added silicone liners and the other half straight into the silicone pan... weird results-
Cupcakes without the silicone liners came out perfect... Cupcakes with silicone liner baked at a slant. Super weird. Any thoughts?
Every silicon pan I’ve seen has been very unstable (?) I’m guessing you didn’t have it on a solid pan thereby tipping it some as it was put into the oven Or maybe didn’t seat the liners well in ea cup
